About the Film
My father, Sergei Levitin - He rarely spoke about success, achievement, status, or ambition. Instead he returned repeatedly to curiosity, learning, friendship, beauty, attention, gratitude and contemplation. Again and again he asked, either directly or indirectly , what makes a life worth living?
The film follows these questions through stories, large and small: childhood memories, books, architecture, conversations, reflections, and recollections on mortality, and of loved ones who are no longer alive.
